Spell out the hanger spacing

This is where a lowball bid hides. Hidden hangers at 24 inches versus 36 inches is a real difference in what happens the first time a foot of snow slides off the roof — and stating yours is the cleanest way to explain a higher number.

Price the color

Standard coil colors and custom colors are not the same material cost, and copper isn’t in the same conversation at all. Put the color on the estimate so an upgrade later is a change, not a complaint.
