Match the invoice to what actually got loaded

The invoice should reflect the truck as it left, not the phone quote. If a “quarter load” turned into a half-load once you saw it in person, the invoice line item should say half-load — that’s the number you already agreed on before you started hauling, not a surprise added after the fact.
